|Since launching the HKSAF Scholarship in 1997, the Foundation has awarded over 40 scholarships to assist scholars from Hong Kong to attend undergraduate studies at various universities, including Brigham Young University, California Institute of Technology, Columbia University, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Princeton University, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, UCLA, University of Chicago, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Pennsylvania, University of Rochester, University of Southern California and Yale University. HKSAF Scholars maintain regular communications with the Foundation during and after their studies. Some of our earlier recipients have completed their studies and have started careers in different fields in the US and Hong Kong.
A scholars’ alumni association has been formed in Hong Kong to promote the Foundation and its scholarship programs as well as to mentor new scholars.
|The Domestic Scholarship program was started in 2003 to assist financially needy students from California to attend college in the US. Scholarships have been awarded to over 70 distinguished Domestic Scholars to attend universities such as Art Center College of Design, California Institute of Technology, Carnegie Mellon University, Harvard University, Harvey Mudd College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University, Northwestern University, Princeton University, Rice University, Stanford University, Swarthmore College, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UCLA, UC San Diego, University of Pennsylvania, University of Southern California, Washington University in St. Louis and Yale University.|
