Any person that had attended school in Hong Kong may apply to be a member. The Board may grant membership to individuals, who may or may not once was a student in Hong Kong, on the condition that such individuals satisfy one of the following criteria: (a) the person is a recipient of scholarship conferred by the Hong Kong Schools Alumni Federation Scholarship Foundation; or (b) a person who has made substantial contribution, financial or otherwise, to this corporation, as determined by the Board on a case-by-case basis.The Federation has a membership of over 1,000 from close to 200 Hong Kong universities and schools. More than 1,700 members and friends receive our news broadcast through e-mail regularly.
